New updates include custom pine shiplap walls throughout, quartz kitchen countertops, new appliances, fresh paint, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, has two comfortable queen beds, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee bar, cable TV, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. This condo has it all and is the perfect relaxing and affordable getaway for friends, couples, small families, and golfers! As a special "thanks" for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront II, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge!
The resort features (2) gulf front pools with direct beach access, poolside snack bar, exercise room, internet lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.
It is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Ms. Bubba's Pizza, Hammerhead Freds, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.
A $30 parking/amenity fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival. There will be construction in/around the building on Monday-Wednesday during the day through the end of the year.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Kirsti is the manager/owner of Salty Turtles, LLC. She is a Georgia native, has been coming to Panama City Beach, FL for vacation for many years, and recently relocated to Panama City Beach, FL to be closer to her properties and oversee the day to day operations.
