The newest addition to the Salty Turtles® array of beachfront studio condos is Salty Turtles® Beachfront III. This cozy beachfront beauty is completely remodeled and situated on the 8th floor penthouse level of the family-friendly, quiet, and clean Top of the Gulf resort.

Overlooking the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll find fresh updates including new shiplapped walls, fresh paint, fresh linens, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, features two queen beds with new Casper hybrid mattresses, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, cable/smart TV, USB ports throughout for work or study, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. Soak up the views from a floor to ceiling bay window and enjoy the sight of the surf right from your bed. This condo is the ideal, affordable getaway for friends, couples, and small families. The resort features a large gulf front pool + kids pool, poolside snack bar, beach showers with private beach access, exercise room, internet lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.

Top of the Gulf is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Marcy's Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, agree to a $200 damage hold, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) - any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund. No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
